We built it because we were living it.

FaroHire was built by someone who runs a health care practice in Florida, for a problem they had first. The openings were posted and paid for. The people who could fill them already worked somewhere else and were never going to see a posting.

Florida's license file had the other half: the email address each professional gives the state. Writing to that address on a practice's behalf, without ever handing the address over, is the product.

That origin is also a conflict of interest, so here it is in full, before you have to go looking for it.

Our team includes someone who operates a health care practice in Florida. We do not serve direct competitors of that practice. Beyond that: no account receives priority, each client’s data is isolated, and compensation information is never shared between clients.

Concretely, that means a radius around that practice where we do not take clients in the same profession. We would rather give up that slice of the market than have it come up later. If you are inside it, you will hear that in the first reply instead of after the invoice.

What this product does not have

Some of these are missing because a law says so. Others because we would rather explain an absence than defend a number we know is wrong.

Four rules we do not bend

A count, not a list. A practice sees how many, never who, until someone answers.

Paid on result. We charge for a person who wants to talk to you, not for a message we sent.

An unsubscribe wins over everything. Once someone opts out, no practice writes to them through FaroHire again, whatever it pays.

Email first. A phone call only on a number the person typed in, after they clicked.
