For licensed professionals in Florida

You got an email from FaroHire. Here is what it was.

FaroHire writes to licensed health care professionals in Florida about a specific opening, on behalf of the practice that is hiring. The email names that practice. You do not have to do anything, and if you want no more of these, one click ends them.

Where your address came from

Florida publishes its health care license file as a public record, under Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. The file includes the email address each licensee gave the Department of Health for their license. That is the address we wrote to. Our copy of the file was downloaded on August 3, 2026.

FaroHire is not part of the Department of Health, and the Department does not endorse us. We downloaded the file the state publishes, like anyone can.

We use that address and not a work address on purpose: a work inbox belongs to your employer.

What the practice sees about you

Before you answer, nothing. A practice sees a count by county, in ranges, with no names and no email addresses. The address we wrote to is never shown to the practice, even if you answer. If you do answer, the practice sees what you chose to tell it, along with your profession and your license number and status from the state's public file.

If you click

You see the job: the pay range, the schedule and where the practice is. There is nothing to fill out to look. If you want to talk, you leave your name, what would make you consider a change and when you can be reached. A mobile number is optional, and you can book a time without one.

The phone number in the federal provider registry is listed as a practice location number, not a personal one. FaroHire never calls or texts it. A practice can call you only on a number you typed in yourself, and you can take that permission back.

Stop every message from FaroHire

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click takes you off every campaign on FaroHire, for every practice, not only the one that wrote to you. After that, no practice can pay to email you through FaroHire again. It also withdraws any permission you gave a practice to call you.

It does not remove your address from the state's file. That file is the state's, and the state publishes it.
