Who we work with today
Dental practices in Florida. The state file behind every count covers Florida's three dental licenses: dentist, dental hygienist and dental radiographer. Other professions and other states come one state at a time, and none goes on this page before its file is in.
If your practice is outside Florida, or you are hiring for a profession outside dental, we cannot help you yet. We would rather say so here than in a reply.
The address they gave the state, not the one their employer runs
A professional gives the state an email address so the state can reach them about their own license. It usually goes with them from job to job. A work address is run by the employer they would be leaving, and it usually stops working the day they change jobs.
The state verifies the license. The email address is the one the person gave the state; nobody verifies it, and we do not claim otherwise.
How you pay
You pay per interested candidate: a person whose call with you is confirmed. Sending the emails costs nothing.
If the outreach brings you no one, we do not get paid for it. That is the only arrangement where our incentive and yours point the same way.
A deposit is held
You add a prepaid balance first. Launching a campaign will hold part of it as a deposit, and charges come out of that deposit. If the campaign ends with nothing charged, the deposit is released whole to your balance.
You pay per confirmed call
Seeing everyone who answered is free. You are charged once per person, when their call with you becomes firm: you confirm it, or you were notified and the time to confirm runs out, or the call time arrives. Looking at someone's contact details does not create a charge by itself.
You set the ceiling
Before a campaign starts, you set the most it can cost you. Your balance is refundable if you ask.
We have not published the amount per person yet. Ask us and the reply will tell you where it stands.
What you will not find, on any plan
- No downloadable list of professionals.
- No mass text messages.
- No filter by age, tenure, school or neighborhood. Each one stands in for something an employer may not select on. What you need goes in the message, and people select themselves.
- No candidate score and no ranking. People appear in the order they answered.
Nothing about your account is visible from another one
Each account is isolated. FaroHire never shows the pay range you enter to another client inside the product, and never puts it into an average, a benchmark or any figure another client sees. It appears only in your own job posting and your invitation, where candidates read it. You see your own results over your own campaigns, and no comparison against other practices.
Before you write to us
Who sends the email?
FaroHire, on behalf of your practice, and the email names your practice. Replies to that email come to FaroHire. The people who want to talk to you show up in your portal.
What do I see before I spend anything?
How many hold the license inside your radius, by county, in ranges. That count comes from the state file and carries its date.
Can you promise me a hire?
No. Nobody honest can. What we can promise is that you pay only when someone wants to talk to you.
What if someone unsubscribes?
Then no practice on FaroHire can email that person again, including you, and no payment changes that.
