For practices in Florida

How it works

Four steps. The third is the only one that happens without you, and it is the one everything else pays for.

You will pick the profession and the radius.

Measured in miles from your practice address. That is all you choose. There is no filter for age, years of experience, school or neighborhood. Those controls are not switched off: they are not in the product.

You will see how many. You will not see who.

A count by county, shown in ranges. No names, no email addresses, no list to download, on any plan.

We will send the invitation for you.

It goes out from FaroHire on behalf of your practice, and it says which practice it is. It reaches each person at the email address in their Florida license record. One link to the job, no attachments, and an unsubscribe that takes them off every campaign on FaroHire, not just yours.

The interested ones will tell you themselves.

They click, then leave their name, what would make them consider a change and when they can be reached. A mobile number is up to them, and they can book a time without one. Every one of them appears in your portal, and seeing them costs you nothing. You pay for each one whose call with you is confirmed, with or without the number.

What the email looks like

The numbers go at the top: the pay range, the schedule, where the practice is. Then one link. The footer says where we got the address and how to stop every message from FaroHire in one click.

Illustrative sample. The practice, the pay and the place are made up.: A hygienist opening, with the numbers up front

We wrote to the email address that appears in your Florida license record. The unsubscribe below takes you off every campaign on FaroHire, not just this one. Sent by FaroHire on behalf of Sample Dental.

What you will never see

Names before someone answers. The email addresses we write to, ever. A list you could export. An open rate: since mail apps started preloading images, it counts machines, and we do not report a number we know is wrong.

See it with sample data

Three inputs and six steps, sample data only: the need, the file, the band, the reply, and the address that stays with FaroHire.

What happens after you send the form

A person reads it and replies by email. The reply gives the count inside your radius, from the state file and its date. If we cannot work with you, for instance because your practice is a direct competitor of the practice our disclosure describes, the reply says so before anything else happens.

Questions practices ask

Do I ever get the email addresses?

Not the ones we write to. Not on any plan and not at any price. You see the people who answer, with what they chose to tell you.

Can I text or call the people in the count?

No. Having a number is not permission to use it. The number in the federal registry is listed as a practice location number, and FaroHire never dials it or texts it. You can call a person only on a number they typed in themselves for your opening.

Can I exclude people who already work for me?

Yes, from your own campaigns. Your exclusion list affects only your campaigns and is never shared with another account.

What does it cost?

You pay per interested candidate, meaning a person whose call with you is confirmed, out of a prepaid balance. Sending the emails is free. How the deposit and the spending ceiling work is on the For clinics page.
