The ask
Sample Dental Studio needs to cover dental hygienist in ORANGE. Sample pay: 38 to 44 US dollars an hour. A sample figure, not a quote. That is everything FaroHire starts from: role, place, pay.
The file arrives
FaroHire takes the state license file (Florida Department of Health, a public record) and reads one county: ORANGE. Dental hygienists on file there, with an email address on their license: 501–1,000. A band, never a headcount.
What you see
On your side of the line, the answer is one line: ORANGE, 501–1,000. You never see the list, and nobody is counted by name. The people stay on FaroHire's side of the line until they choose to answer.
The invitation
FaroHire writes to the people behind that band, one email each, in the practice's name. Sample person: Jordan. Jordan holds a license, gave the state an email address years ago, and is not reading job boards today. The email goes down the line, Jordan opens the job and answers on that page. That answer is the first moment a named person appears on your side: interested, in ORANGE, this month.
What stays below the line
Jordan's license record carries an email address. It touches the line exactly once and stays on FaroHire's side, labelled: stays with FaroHire. That email address never reaches your side. You reach Jordan the way Jordan asked to be reached.
The firm call
You talk to Jordan. The practice pays per interested candidate: a person whose call with you becomes firm, out of the deposit held when the campaign launched. Sending the emails costs nothing, and the band was always free to look at. No amount is shown here, because this is a simulation.
